Los Angeles is a city of Neighborhoods. Our most frequent engagement with these neighborhoods is traveling through them via the car. The result, a sense of who or what based on traveling through (on a freeway) at 25-85 mph. For our detour we will enter these neighborhoods differently. And out of this, expose ourselves to a different kind of relationship and understanding of site, place and people.
